08/08/2006 - The Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NNORC) Plan, pushed by the Visiting Nurse Service, CCBA, NY Downtown Hospital and Chinese-American Planning Council, had a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted at CCBA's auditorium.  President Eric Ng, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, NYC Commissioner of Department for the Aging Edwin Méndez-Santiago, Councilman John Liu, CPC executive director David Chen, and Ms. Tammy To from Councilman Alan Gerson's office attended the ceremony. 08/08/2006 - 紐約探訪護士服務與中華公所、下城醫院、華策會合作推動的「華埠退休居民服務計劃」在中華公所大禮堂舉行隆重的開幕儀式。伍銳賢主席、曼哈頓區長史靜格、紐約市老人服務局局長Edwin Méndez-Santiago、市議員劉醇逸、華策會行政總監陳授權 、市議員郭亞倫幕僚長杜慧玲等出席儀式。
