10/21/2014 - President Eric Ng received the first prize in a photo contest hosted by ROC Overseas Community Affairs Council.  The winning historic picture is among President Ng's collection, which shows the Chinatown community in New York celebrating the National Day of Republic of China in 1938 during World War II.

10/21/2014 - 伍銳賢主席憑其收藏，於1938年抗戰期間紐約僑胞在華埠簇擁著中華民國巨型國旗的黑白照片，奪得2014年華人金僑獎照片組冠軍。伍銳賢主席在台北接受僑務委員會陳士魁委員長頒獎。
