03/01/2022 - GuiYing Ma, a Chinese woman who was being hit on head with rock by a homeless man in Queens during Thanksgiving, passed away recently. Newly inaugurated CCBA President Raymond Tsang and Advisor Justin Yu attended a memorial ceremony in Chinatown, and urged the City to communicate with the community, resolve homeless violence issues and stop opening additional homeless shelters in the Chinese-American neighborhoods.
