03/24/2022 - The Chinatown community gathered at CCBA Auditorium to attend the online full broad meeting of Community Board 2 that discussed the proposed homeless shelter at 231 Grand Street.  Before the meeting, CCBA and the community protested against the City's plan in front of the building.
