Biography of President Raymond Tsang

Raymond Tsang is a community leader and runs a small
business in chinatown. He has served as the president of
the Hoy Sun Ning Yung Association since 2018. He is also
an Auxiliary Police officer since 2003. He also
currently serves as the vice president of the NY Chinese
school as well as the Chinatown Daycare.
Born and raised in New York City, Mr. Tsangs parents are
from Toishan, China. Mr. Tsang graduated from the
Brooklyn Technical High School and went on to attend
Baruch College.
Prior works, which Mr. Tsang participated in, includes
working on the Statue of Sun Yat Sen that was unveiled
in Columbus Park on 11/12/2011. Mr. Tsang was an
important part of this project that worked on all the
engraving on the granite installed. Raymond also played
an important part in the permanent installation of the
Sun Yat Sen Statue which was reinstalled in 2019.
Mr. Tsang, asides from his community work with the CCBA
and Hoy Sun Ning Yung Association, also serves our
community as a NYPD Auxiliary Police Captain. He works
closely with the 5th precinct and serves our community
by volunteering many hours each week to help our
community.
